FAQ

• How much does SpicyBox cost in dollars?

No public /pricing or /plans page (404). Official HTML uses plan names and ${price} placeholders — no posted dollar amounts on public pages. Review-site figures are UNVERIFIED and must not appear as facts. See live amounts in-app after login.

• What plans exist?

  Basic, Pro, VIP (site i18n).

• What are credits?

Paid model uses credits (balance, top-up, history, credits per month). Cum Shorts deducts on swipe. UI: “Credits never expire.” Exact cost per template/Nudify not posted publicly.

• Is anything free?

Marketing: “Your first generation is completely free.” Free CTAs: Generate for Free / Free Login. Exact starter credit grant vs trial interaction is incompletely documented.

• What about 50% off?

Marketing on Generate/Explore: first subscription / unlimited access 50% off. Not a substitute for a public price sheet; “unlimited” semantics are not fully posted.

• How do I pay?

i18n: Card via Telegram Stars (@PremiumBot flow); Cryptocurrency. Privacy marketing strings claim no adult line on bank statement / 100% anonymous.

• Can I get a refund if I dislike the video?

Terms §7 / §7.1: fees non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated; no refunds for purchased credits (used or unused), subscriptions, or credits consumed for AI content — including dissatisfaction or technical issues; consumed credits not restored.

• What if generation fails?

UI: “Your credits have been refunded”; failure modal adds 20 free credits. Conflict: Terms vs UI are both official — cite both, do not pick one.

• Storage by plan?

Official i18n conflicts (3mo/6mo/1yr vs 1mo/3mo/6mo). Prefer omit or dual-cite; do not invent a winner.
